i dun kn is this right in u guys mind lar but for me is damn overboard lor..........
for example u are working in an overseas country nw
den u are sick u took a super long mc maybe weeks maybe months.......
den ur partner right now cover ur jobs for u cos u are sick and he need to come back to office every week to work on the day where he/she suppose to be off just to cover ur job.
and u who have already apply ur leave long time ago to go back to ur country to celebrate maybe new year but who kns nw u are on super long mc where u say u super sick cant even sit, lay on the bed for too long.
but
u can take plane for hours to fly back to ur country to celebrate ur new year, how come u can sit the plane for hrs where u say ur back pain n u cant sit at the same position for too long but u still can sit on the plane for hours............
and ur partner is working like hell need to give up his off days, need to give up his so call "training time/day", need to cancel mtg at hq, ur partner need to specially stay back do OT to finish his own job just to help u to cover ur job when u are on mc.
i do pity u lar, i belive this is nt wat u wan also but nw u are on long mc u should have the mind tat u keep us inform are u going to extend ur mc or not................... are u going for the training tat u have sign up for.................
no u did not call at all, and all this while we are the one doing the phone call..............
call u to ask u are u going to extend ur mc after we call u den u let us kn and every time is last min ................
u kn is very hard for us to do things ...........................
as for the training if u cant go u should let us kn early, need us to call 2 to 3 times to ask u everytime say i dun kn, i dun kn, let me see hw 1st................. u should call us back n let us kn ur ans ma den we can find somemore to take over ur place...........
no lor everytime is we call den at the final call den u say sorry i cant go..........
if u gt the ans already u should call us or text us sms ........ but u did not..........

and feel damn pity for the 3 person at my office..........
ade - need to get all the scolding frm all the customer
km - need to cover the job like hell
HZ - who is at our office for attachement for 1 mth but KM always so biz till no time to sit down n talk with him
