really fed up sia.
my wati actually ask my boss to rqt some customer notes frm hq last wed n till nw the notes is nt here yet. n today i gt phone call frm tat customer and gt scold for nth n which toally is nt my fault. ok tat is fine den i call boss check with her she say she rqt liao she will call hq again and is like frm 2pm plus i rqt till 4pm n the customer call 2 times to scold me sia............... stupid all this i can ren but guess wat i see when i walk pass my boss room............
she is watching youtube lor and this is nt the 1st time i saw it everytime during office hours i saw her watching youtube............ i thought she is always so biz ............
everytime rqt somethings frm her confirm need to wait long long den ask her again den she say oh i rqt liao lei ok ok i rqt again den when she rqt for the 2nd time n is fast lor or like she will lost the things tat we give her den she will come out again n ask for it again.
or some staff actually rqt to block the slots to take leave or they have some events going on they tell her n she never inform us and the slots are not block n customers are book in to see them. in the end we call to reschedule n we are the one who kana scold lor........ stupid
then this morning gt 1 ang mo customer came on the wrong date. i call her out cos the ang mo is damn piss off liao cos the temp staff told her is 18 feb but the appt really book in is 18 march, dun ask me who is in the wrong the ang mo or the temp staff cos i cant track. but the prob is i call the boss come out is to solve the prob for me in the end i m the one who solve the prob so wat for i call her out..................
wati just say she hardly see me so piss off............
of cos lar wat for i wan a boss here who can't help me solve prob and watch youtube in the room. is nt tat i wan to compare but sad to say the last ah boss even she is biz with the work here n hq she still will solve prob n do the things we rqt frm her. but for this boss she only need to handle the things over here yet things rqt frm her are always delay........................
